Roku is also known as Roku streaming player.
Basically these are digital media player set top boxes and is manufactured by
Roku Inc. OTT (over the top content) is provided by its partners. So various
contents are streaming in the channels. Through internet router a wired or Wi-
Fi connection the streaming device gets data also called the video stream. Roku
application involves the contents from Amazon cloud player, Amazon video,
Amoeba TV, BBC i Player, Hulu plus, PBS, Playstation, Tubi TV, Sling TV,
Pandora Radio, PBS, Play station, Showtime Any time, Tubi TV, You Tube and the
ITV Hub.
Roku application involves the first generation as the First NETFLIX internet video
streaming setup boxes the Roku DVP its 3 streaming devices are SD, HR, HD-XR
etc. The second generation consists of Roku LT. The special thing in Roku LT is
the streaming of the contents from it to the television. The third generation

provides the partial list of services currently available. The charge per
channel is nominal and the charge for the contents require fee and there is no subscription
charge for it’s basic services.
